Paul Slow cooked tenderized beef, snow peas, chili paste, curry and coconut milk. This dish was a home run. The beef was so tender it just fell apart. The coconut milk made it a little sweet, but the chili paste gave it a savory flavor, topped off with a nice smokiness from the cumin.

Paul Crispy jumbo tiger shrimp, baby corn, bell peppers, sweet and tangy sauce made from mangos and pineapples. I was a little disappointed with this dish. The shrimp was overcooked and the breading was a little thicker than I would have liked.
