They're using Rainforest Alliance Grade 1 coffee beans, as well as Ethiopia Sidamo coffee beans. I'm no expert, I couldn't tell which was used in my cup, but whatever it is, with the French Monin premium natural syrups, I can only say I enjoyed the flavor. 太妃糖拿鐵. 這裡的咖啡豆用的是有雨林聯盟認證一級的咖啡豆, 還有衣索比亞產的日曬西達摩等咖啡豆; 我不是咖啡專家, 也不知道點的這杯用的是哪種豆子, 但是聽起來一整個就很高級啊 ~ 搭配法國進口, 有自然香味的Monin果露糖漿, 我喝的很開心唷! 吃飯的時候, 隱約聞到從這杯咖啡傳來的香氣, 感覺挺幸福.
So simple yet so ~ delish!!! I can totally sense the efforts this cafe had made on their products/foods. The best part of this dinner experience is not only the fresh ingredients they've used, but also the oh-so-friendly prices!! No wonder this place is so popular!!

Foie Gras Nigiri Sushi - again, when this was being torched by the chef, the goose fat just melted and released a fragrance which almost smelled like steak!! フォアグラ 鵝肝握壽司, 師父用噴槍在烤鵝肝的時候, 傳出陣陣的香味, 大家都不約而同的抬起頭湊高鼻子聞, 好香哪!! 居然有點像剛烤好的牛排香味哩!!

Sushi Rice topped with Sparkling enope squid!! I can't tell you how fresh and sweet these babies are! Super delish!! ほたるいか 螢烏賊握壽司, 出乎意料的鮮甜, 現在剛好是吃螢烏賊的季節, 裡面有滿滿的卵, 是充滿幸福的一口!!
Slightly torched Flatfish (I think it's Plaice) Nigiri Sushi. I couldn't believe the rich fat from the fish made it almost taste like Matsuzaka pork!! Too bad this heavenly ecstasy was only one bite and last 30 seconds!! ひらめ 比目魚緣側握壽司, 真不是蓋的美味 ~ 那入口即化的口感, 搭上魚肉本身脂肪因為稍微用噴槍處理過全部融出, 釋放出一種根本就像松阪豬的香味!! 入口後, 我彷彿置身天堂了我!!
