Garlic Girl These sound fantastic. What were they like?
Justafoodie Potato chips, but less salt, and the parsnips/vegetables are very thin, maybe shaved through a mandoline. They're sweeter than potatoes. In the U.S. we can get taro chips or mixed root vegetable chips, very much like these. The root vegetables are usually beets, carrots, sweet potatoes.
Garlic Girl I love parsnips, so these should be good. We get crisps done with beet, sweet potato and butternut usually
