Eliza Unusual, but then: not Italy!
Justafoodie I'll bet the Italians make a rabbit ravioli, especially people living in heavy "game" areas like Abruzzo. I've had venison ravioli in Umbria. Rabbit is a national favorite in Malta.
Eliza In one of my favourite italian restaurants they make gnocchi with rabbit ragout: Also very tasty!
Justafoodie I love rabbit and usually order it in Europe where it is a more common menu item.
