JKat Sorry for the delayed response! Yes, this shop is supposed to be open on Fridays but before the holidays, they were doing some other random days like a Monday and a Thursday. They announce their lunch a few days in advance via twitter/FB @hankshautedogs. But they haven't had a pop-up lunch in weeks and said it's because they were busy with the Adam Richman and the Man vs. Food filming. They also use eventbrite to sell tickets before the lunch day. It's pretty awesome. Hopefully they'll start up again soon!
