the special is the pork. It is rare to see grilled pork for a ramen. The pork slices are huge. Ramen is cooked correctly. However the soup is too salt. Paying premium price., it comes without the soft boiled egg which is disappointed. My rating: 6/10
Not bad. The noodle is tender but not soft which is good. Portion is ok. It is a bit pricy. Soup base is light with some white miso. Pork is just so so. 7/10.
Potato tastes sweet which makes it difference. The sauce thickness is perfect. It holds well on the fries but won't soak it
Eels, Uni, Scallop are highly recommended. The Eels is not the same from the frozen eels that you usually get from the other sushi restaurant. Scallop is thick and sweet. Uni is excellent. It is sweet and creamy. The other sushi are great too. The price is really reasonable
