A traditional fried pancake. Typical dish of the central part of Vietnam and really good. It's a crispy fruited rice pancake filled with bean spirits, shrimps, pork and served with a special Hue sauce.
Delicious! It's with pork on the menu, but they make vegetarian ones on request.

Delicious! This restaurant has quality pancakes and I totally recommend it. I haven't been on FS for a while, because I've been so busy (and upload problems). I'll try to upload more again. :-)
A nice pancake with the best view you can wish for; Balinese rice paddies! I can totally recommend this place.
