Snapper (my fave fish) on risotto. Very nice but i think needed another kind of texture there, all quite mushy, great flavour tho!

The signature burger at what is now called the khandallah trading co. stamp on top is cool! Tasty, patty kinda tasted like sausage...but a good one.
Lovely choux pastry, chocolate creme filling was nice (although i think i prefer vanilla!)
