Spotted March 16, 2012Slices of chorizo layered with sweet potatoes, pickled rhubarb, cilantro and a spread of spicy mayo. A lot of flavors that played nicely with one another.-

Spotted March 16, 2012Even better the second time around. Sharp bites of feta perfectly balance the crispy pico de lettuce and mint. A sting of garlic is a nice surprise with every other bite. But the best part is always the bread: soft, crisp & chewy. love.-

Spotted March 12, 2012w. spinach & roasted tomatoes. A thin, (giant) crepe-like pancake packed with complex flavors. The curry is sweet and silky. Delicious! Cilantro chutney on the side is awesome. -

Spotted March 01, 2012omg. The jasmine is beautifully fragrant and floral, balanced by the roasted hint of green tea. Best. Ever.-

Sara Nersesian Ha! My best friend had a box of 6 delivered to my apt for my birthday. Best. Gift. Ever. And I didn't get a chance to shoot the other 5 cause I ate them so fast! :)

Spotted March 01, 2012My absolute favorite dish- a crispy filo pie filled w. shredded chicken, almonds & aromatic spices. The top is dusted w. powdered sugar & cinnamon. Savory, sweet & complex. Incredible & unexpected.-

jeannie I've had it originally when we were in morocco, which is made with pigeon. Amazing dish! Such wonderful flavors and spices and textures!!
