As frequent traveler between Milan and Rome, I literally fell in love with the outstanding tradition of local Italian flavours. My comments are mainly in Italian.
A 700g steak, wonderfully seasoned, with cicory and roasted potatoes. This is what I call dinner.
Look at that.
Splendid Piedmontese (Fassona) tenderloin slices with sauerkraut and baked potatoes. Great.
Very particular pasta dish based on green gnocchi (potatoes and spinach) and a creamy walnut sauce.
Such a great breakfast.
Came back here just to taste this starter again. Scallops au gratin. WOW.
The simplest pasta dish ("in bianco", that means with a hint of oil and butter) with fresh black truffle slices on top.
Not exactly the same you can have in Recco, but it's very good anyway.
Some fresh curry chicken with white basmati rice to dilute the spices. Simple and satisfying.
A puffy'n'tasty trio of various sandwiches with fresh bologna. Veeery good.
Unexpectedly fresh cod at the heart of Milan. Its flavour? WOW.
Gluten-free version of a great classic: pear and nutella cake. Wondrous.
A fresh slice of salmon with baked potatoes and a little salad (with a hint of garlic, yay!).
