Perfectly cooked french toast! Not eggy or soggy. Lemon curd was creamy, tart and light! The raspberries coulis was a perfect compliment. Not too sweet, 1/2 portion was just right!

Perfectly cooked (medium rare) and season bison patty with creamy cheese. Bun was soft and buttery. A little too much lettuce. Perfect to share, simple and classic. Sweet potato fries were thin and crispy, and had a light coating of brown sugar, so tasty! They could have used a spicy dipping sauce though. #burger #bison
