Wendell is an Aussie, Flore is French, they live in Paris and Sydney. They eat way too much, cook a lot and enjoy well prepared classics and are hunting exotic dishes, tastes and spices.
Huge!!!! And.... amazing... The meet was cooked to perfection. The chef advised to cook a bit more than my "blue" requirement and it was the way to go. The purée was extraordinary. The mushrooms were good. The idea of putting fresh thyme on top of the meat is genius. The place is also very interesting. The decor on the them of the Ananas (pineapple in French) is gorgeous. We recommand the plateau de charcuterie as an Entrée. But please, fast for 2 days before attacking such a huge meal. We had the trio of Eclairs for dessert as well... it was delicious.
Extraordinary! Burrata is a bit like mozarella but with cream inside.... "burrata" means "buttered" in Italian. It is a very creamy, fresh entrée. Add a bit of delicious Italian olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper and you are in Heaven...
