2 Cheese Enchiladas at Chuy's in Houston, TX

Chuy's cheese enchiladas- 8.0. Enchilada sauce is complex and interesting. Fresh salsa is a 10. Tostadas are thin, crisp, and buttery. Overall, great meal.
