Tasty, better for you food. Meatballs made from beef & chicken were spicy and moist. Tomato brown rice, roasted brussel sprouts, red cabbage salad and kale/green apple salad were my sides. #roomfordessert
Steak smothered in a tomato onion gravy topped with fried eggs. With rice, potatoes and yuca (as most Colombian dishes are). Very hearty dish. #cowboyfood

Memorial Day grill special, looked prettier than they tasted. These burgers were d.o.a, but I've heard their regular burger is better. Think they were adjusting to the outdoor grill. Sides of potato and cucumber salads were inventive. #trying

Ropa vieja-like beef that was flavorful and tender and a whole bunch of toppings. Standouts were the hot sauce that had heat and flavor, some pineappley fruity salsa and the crunchy vinegary slaw. Such a colorful lunch. #tastetherainbow
This was from their truck during Asheville's Earth Day festival. The pork was smoky and flavorful. Mixed their hot and sweet BBQ sauce for the perfect combo. Love slaw on my sandwiches, the crisp cabbage provides a textural and flavor contrast to the pork. #carolinaque
Homemade pasta tubes filled with cheese. Yes please. Tomato sauce was had a nice acidity which cut the cheese nicely. The meatball was meaty, but nothing to write home about. #cheeseplease
