Definitely taste beef broth, but too much clove, too. Stiff noodles could be cooked a little longer & they need to give more bean sprouts. Other than that, one of the better bowls of Pho I've had in the city.
Really tender pork with 2 scoops of rice. Sriracha hot sauce brings out the flavor of the pork.

Store bought Korean dumplings, but pretty good. fried perfectly.
