These kick the butt of fried wings. The meat literally falls off the bone when you pick them up. The smoke and BBQ sauce are perfect. They are the whole wing, too. And order of 8 like this would make 16 at the chains.
The pork was good as usual. The sauce was something new for me. The menu says " Western Kentucky Black BBQ Sauce - A thin, dark, vinegar & Worcestershire-based sauce that captures the barbecue spirit of Western Kentucky and Tennessee." Not the Western Kentucky I've visited - but...okay. It is pretty good. Nice and spicy.
