Bo's Sightings

The good - it's a solid dessert with good flavor and not too sweet. The bad - pistacio could have been any nut. No special recognition.

Good panna cotta, fruit should be seasonal, caramel sauce is okay, but doesn't compliment the other components.

Great surprise! Crunchy and nutty with excellent vanilla flavors in the cream.

Heavy liquor and not a lot of textural contrast, but good vanilla and coffee. Very creamy (duh)

Good with or without the lemon. Not overdone.

Fresh handmade gnocchi with nice clean spinach flavor and a tasty (if a bit heavy) cream sauce

Great flavor. Strong tomato sauce and excellent crust.

A little gamey for my taste, but tender and nicely paired with the bitter greens.

Slightly salty. Rich and full of flavor. Reccomend a couple turns of the pepper mill and a Pinot noir.
