I am a vegetarian, have been vegan at one time. I am also an avid dessert lover. I would skip all my meals and eat dessert if weren't for the fact that I don't want to weigh 300 pounds!
My husband is a brew-meister, he has his own beer making factory going (well, maybe not a factory yet). He is a meat eater, he likes a good burger and occasionally steak. He has adapted to some of my vegetarian food, might even like them.
We try to go places that satisfy my need for vegetarian and his need for good beer and burgers. We explore a lot of places, so we are always looking for a good place to eat.
Some favorites: Yard House (several vegetarian options!), McCoy's, 75th Street Brewery, Free State Brewing Company (good veg. options too).
