Spotted March 11, 2012Probably the strongest Chicken broth I've tasted! Does it make it good or bad? I'm not too sure.-

Spotted February 25, 2012Definitely not bad! I've tasted my fair share of watery ones but this was good! Broth has been made for many years using the animal bones which, traditionally, are boiled in a cooking pot for long periods to extract the flavor and nutrients. The bones may or may not have meat still on them. They use the chicken to make this broth and gave us a few bowls for starters!-

Spotted December 26, 2011Chicken stock soup scattered with shallots lazily float in the fresh hot soup.You can have this soup in the actual noodle dish (we ordered the dry version).-
