Spotted March 14, 2012Name from its inventor, İskender Efendi (İskender meaning 'Alexander'), who lived in Bursa in the late 19th century. Instead of in the form of a kebab, its in burger form prepared with thinly cut grilled lamband generously slathered with melted butter and yogurt. Easy eat, very nice and very filling! Sorry for the poor shot. People got hungry.-

The Very Hungry Katerpilla I've never had iskender as a burger before. Just all that lamb and yoghurt and tomato sauce on top of chopped Turkish bread.

Spotted March 10, 2012Beef, Coleslaw, Chips, Mustard and Ketchup. Strange but nice combo. Now imagine eating this as a 30cm burger. Oh yeah. This place is famous for it's 30cm burgers!! But we couldn't do it. So we got the baby version!-
