Buttery and messy, in a good way.

Spruce was fancier than I expected. The fries were oddly sweet. But the burger was cooked perfectly, the blue cheese was phenomenal, and the bun had a character completely different from the other burgers on this list.

5oz turns out to be a lotta fish in a sandwich! Having said that, this is one of my top sandwiches from the list - love the flavors of seared tuna and wasabi and the slaw with a fantastically delicate bun!

Wow - add the bone marrow and every part of the act of eating and the cascade of flavors was scandalous!

The sweet potato fries are surprisingly light and fresh - and the yogurt dill sauce don't hurt, either
