A rich chicken broth with chunks of tender white chicken, carrots, red peppers, peas, onions and bow tie pasta. Low in fat. Contains 2g of fat per 296ml (10oz) serving.

Our own chunky chicken salad recipe made fresh daily with seasoned white meat chicken strips, diced celery, pimentos, mixed with light mayonnaise and black pepper; it's topped with fresh green leaf lettuce and sliced tomato & served on a fresh baked white or whole wheat homestyle soft bun.

This is a nice way to introduce kids to sushi. Place a cooked chicken teriyaki in a rice roll and add a dab of sauce. The pieces are very small, but since it's a buffet, you can get as much as your stomach is willing to contain.
