Spotted February 02, 2012Saw this much loved dish on Foodspotting & was intrigued enough to bring our whole team here on our South Bay trek. It did not disappoint! Amazing, flavorful dishes I'd never heard of before -- this was #1 on Foodspotting and for good reason! It was super rich & creamy and the lamb just melted in your mouth! Alexa Andrzejewski It's a ball of sticky rice, pounded til it's smooth! The texture is like... an earlobe I guess. (I realize that sounds gross, but it is my favorite food in all the world!) Then you take the ball of smooth sticky rice and wrap up some delicious filling in it!
