Thick and chewy -- non-traditional, but what's not to love?

SO GOOD! Thick and buttery!

The land of pierogies! (besides Poland of course)

Steamed was my favorite way to go by far! These thick, chewy dumplings let the flavors of the fillings really shine through. You can mix and match fillings, so we got the two specials (Goat Cheese & Arugula [nom!], Ham & Gruyere [nom!]) and four standard ones (Sweet Potato, Spinach & Cheese, and Sauerkraut & Mushroom.) These were worth the trek back to Manhattan from JFK when our flight was delayed.

Seth's favorite, but I preferred the steamed ones.

The other seasonal special, my other favorite! Wonderful if you like goat cheese!

The seasonal specials were absolutely my favorites! And steamed is the way to go. This was filled with chopped ham and cheese, but not too salty. Just right.

Also very interesting flavor -- cloves maybe?

Very different sauerkraut!
