Spotted November 14, 2010This was all I've ever wanted in a neopolitan pizza! Who needs Flour + Water after all? Thin, chewy crust that's soggy in the middle, tangy sauce, sea salt and stretchy fresh cheese. Perfect!-

Spotted November 07, 2009Tried it again and it was just as good as the first time! Yes, it's wilty in the middle -- and that's the way I LOVE it. As "Jason L. on Yelp put it: The pizza was just about perfect napolitana style - soft, chewy crust, crisp on the outside, some black char spots, soft in the middle. Note that this style of pizza is not supposed to be crispy, that's pizza romana. Napolitana is cooked for a very short time -- no more than 90 seconds -- and as a result it stays chewy. -
