Spotted November 14, 2010This was all I've ever wanted in a neopolitan pizza! Who needs Flour + Water after all? Thin, chewy crust that's soggy in the middle, tangy sauce, sea salt and stretchy fresh cheese. Perfect!-

Spotted June 12, 2009This authentic neopolitan pizza hit the spot at 3am in Tokyo! They closed at 4am though, and we were stuck on the street waiting for the subways to start running at 6 or 7am. -
