Spotted March 25, 2010This looked delicious -- the marbling is so unique -- but turned out to be pretty tough and the wrong kind of fatty. But it's pretty!-

NOLA-Eats.com Appears to be Wagyu, but Wagyu would have been melt-in-your-mouth tender. Yes, still pretty!
