Spotted October 13, 2011Cake with milk through it, topped with lovely merengue. A little dry where it wasn't soaked in milk, but still tasty! -

chris connolly It's like circular fairy bread!
Randy F. I liked this explanation on the FAQ : "Can I spot foods at home? Because the purpose of Foodspotting is to help people decide what to eat and where, we encourage you to only spot foods that are publicly available. Now if you WANT people to drop by your home to eat your food, then it might be okay." By logical deduction, all the Foodspotting HQ spotting means we should stop by and try some cake balls!
Alexa Andrzejewski Absolutely! You're always welcome to try our food at Foodspotting HQ; it's just that it's available for a very limited time only. ;-)

Spotted September 28, 2009Powdered, candied and fresh ginger + incredibly dense, moist cake with chewy edges make this one of my favorite desserts in San Francisco -- and it happens to be next door to work and home! -

Spotted September 28, 2009I'm sure some people would love this, but it's just not my thing. The croissant is pretty amazing and flaky, but to me it was overall too dry and dark. -
