Spotted November 22, 2009This was just AMAZING! Glutinous rice texture was perfect, filling was sweet and salty and buttery, and the sweet soup was delicious and refreshing -- and not too winey. I haven't found its equal in Tokyo, San Francisco or anywhere yet. But I haven't been to Shanghai myself.-
Gypsy Raven I must remember to try these when I'm in YVR next time and see how they stack up to the 'real thing' :)

Spotted October 23, 2009Ahh! When I thought Benkyodo couldn't get any better, now they have Fresh Blueberry Mochi! But as amazing as I thought this would be, it was a little overwhelmingly sweet. Strawberry is still my favorite. -
