Spotted November 06, 2011love pasta with a simple olive oil sauce. the pasta here is different every week, and so far has been delicious every time. this one was a little bit spicy, just the right amount to give it a nice kick-

Ken I would have never expected to see this in Nigeria. But then again, when is pasta not a favorite around the world. ;-) Looks awesome.
Alfonso i was shocked at the quality, lol. it's run by italians, and most of the ingredients are imported. they're doing a pretty good job :)

Spotted June 12, 2011so, maybe because im overly bitter about the top chef canada menu, im going to criticize this dish as well, haha. i did really like the ravioli itself. the bread was super moist and soft and lightly toasted. the downside to this dish was the tomato sauce. very strong tomato paste. using less acidic tomatoes (if it was a housemade puree) would have been better. and not use goat cheese, because it overpowers the butternut-

Spotted May 16, 2011i'm one of those eaters that portion control their dishes, to make sure there's a little bit of everything in every bite. yea, *strange* i know. but in this case, portion control was not necessary! abundant amount of smoked salmon :D-
