Spotted June 13, 2011had a bit of fun making this. cutting out shapes with the daikon. making a terrible looking flower with the carrot, haha. but pretty good broth :). in the soup: daikon radish, carrot, konyaku, agetofu, fishcake-

Alfonso hmm, would like to be objective, cause they do different types of food. they're both good for what they do. altho, i would like to see house-made noodles at Niwatei, cause that would make it really awesome and step it up another level
