Tony bridges i have never even heard about a lobster roll , apart from lobster what else is in it ? I will buy some Phuket lobster and try to make one .
Amy Cao There is mayonnaise and little bit of butter in this one. Many Americans use a seasoning called Old Bay to flavor their seafood, especially lobster rolls. The roll is lightly toasted :)
Percy N The native lobster in Thailand is the "spiny" lobster, which has a slightly different taste than Maine Lobster. I have seen Maine Lobster in Bangkok but at a relatively expensive price.

Spotted February 25, 2011Last course of the 3-course lobster menu! Filling. Still not sure if one is supposed to eat the meat. Considering how difficult it was to get the meat off the skeleton... I think not.-
