Matt Jones Salt Lick is good, but the sauce is too Carolina mustard style for my taste. The best Texas barbecue doesn't need sauce.

sharon paladino Snow's shared their best brisket in TX award with Buzzies Barbecue in Kerrville. Remember Amy, we took you there last December. So, 2 places in TX have the best brisket in the state according to Texas Monthly Mag.
