Spotted July 23, 2011The server said they were testing out a new style of pancakes: thinner, wider. It was like a thick, buttery crepe. Hard to compare to the fluffy stack of blueberry pancakes from Clinton St. Baking Co. but I liked it!-

alexis blueberry pancakes at jersey diners are a favorite summer treat, but these look above and beyond spectacular. need to give this spot a try.
