I'm a traveler and a foodie. I am currently carrying on an affair with SE Asia...don't see that changing anytime soon. Bourdain and Zimmern are my heroes, as they eat the stuff I only WISH I had the gumption to try...I DID eat bugs on this last trip, so I'm working on it :) I love Dim Sum and am on a life quest to discover the quintessential Xiao Long Bao...current favorite is at Xia Fei in Hong Kong. I love the Philippines and its people and plan to retire there one day.

I love exploring local businesses, especially restaurants, through out Texas, especially in Boerne, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country.
