Spotted January 30, 2012No real an ostrich egg, of course. It's a classical meatloaf and boiled hen egg inside. There is typically served with potato pureé and fresh vegtable salad in Czech restaurants. Sometimes they are preparing side dish from pickled, vegetable mix. True to tell, I like the second one. -

Spotted January 24, 2012There’s another continuing of my Asian afternoon today. The fried pieces. This is a pork variety of rolls with noodles and sweet-and-sour sauce. The rolls are folded, deep fried and served immediately after pulling-up from a pan. Awesomeness, crunchy, great, yummy...-

Spotted January 24, 2012So called Beijing Soup was very tasty. I would say, it's a classic one which is originated from Northern China, this is a little spicy soup. Very good served with spicy condiments.-

Spotted January 24, 2012This dish has been served as part of a daily menu today here. And what I have been surprised by? No way. Threre was traditionally a great taste in all bites. A fair portion. Anyway, I felt in Eden like in paradise. -

Spotted January 19, 2012What I love, this is a dish like that one. It's served with boiled potatoes. Telling by one word - harmony. Jestli něco miluji, tak jídla jako tohle. Vařené hovězí se zelenými fazolkami a smetanovou omáčkou. Podávané s vařeným bramborem - jedním slovem, harmonie. -
