the muffins at Gingerbread Construction Co are more like little fancy oversized cupcakes. very awesome. lotsa flavors like. Apple, Boston Cream Pie, Carrot Cake, Gingerbread, etc.

Amy's has an assortment of really huge muffins. My favorite is the marble muffin with cream inside. The chocolate chocolate chip one is really good too.
