"No Meat For You": Omelette with kale, leeks, mushrooms, ricotta cheese. Served with a potato rosti.

The "Bad Ass Sandwich": egg, bacon, greens.

Potato and Southern greens cakes with eggs, topped with pot likker gravy and a biscuit. Comfort food at its finest.

Brussels Sprouts and root veggies with poached eggs and beet gravy. Very pretty and delicious!

With roasted potatoes, cipollini onions, spinach, roasted golden peppers, celery, fennel, peas topped with poached eggs, a mellow pepper sauce and creme fraiche. Very tasty, and a generous portion. Minor issue: Egg whites this time around were a bit rubbery, perhaps a bit too much vinegar in the poaching liquid.

I quite liked this sandwich while I was eating it, and my boyfriend has been going to Dusty's for years, but I unfortunately got food poisoning after eating this. :(

My boyfriend subsisted on these for many years when he worked in Pasadena, and we have to seek it out anytime we're in town. Egg, bacon, hash brown, beans, rice and the secret ingredient: hot dog. Eat half for breakfast, save the rest for lunch.
