Served as an appetizer.

"Kala" is a Hawaiian unicorn fish; herbivorous, found in Hawaii's reefs and is a white-meat fish.

Served with roasted vegetables.

so i know it's a little sketchy buying fish at discount, but this turned out (surprisingly) fresh, and very tasty. the fish comes separated from the poke (Hawaiian ceviche) sauce so when you combine all ingredients, it's fresh like you'd never know!

Sashimi of; top row, black plate: maguro (ahi), hamachi; bottom row, salmon and side plate more hamachi.

Opakapaka (a Hawaiian pink snapper) served steamed, then seasoned with Chinese-style shoyu (soy sauce).

Grilled Kajiki (swordfish) with a Cilantro Aioli.

A platter of maguro (tuna), two servings of hamachi (amberjack), and salmon prepared sashimi (raw) style.

Served with a wasabi aioli.
