Meat was very tender, temperature was also correct. However, flavour was not exactly robust.

Very traditional in flavour and style. I enjoyed this.

Served as a normal entree; here with steamed white rice and steamed vegetables. Note: The veggies are seasoned very well and are quite tasty.

Grilled to perfection! Here served with brown steamed rice.

This is a local Hawaii-style drive-inn serving diner/truck-stop food. Roast beef here is served with macaroni salad, a starch (this time steamed white rice) and smothered in brown gravy.

Served here as a special with Shrimp Scampi

A little oily, but very tasty.

The prime rib here is really very good, not only just because this is a diner, but even compared with other more established eateries who supposedly "specialise" in prime rib.

Not the best, but very tasty.
