This time a kim chee version.

These are great, but the springy texture you usually prefer in pancakes are gone. The Red Velvet Pancakes have a more cakey, fall-apart texture, but nonetheless still very tasty!

A special dish only served at certain times, these Guava Chiffon Pancakes are fluffy, light, and served smothered in guava syrup.

Famous for being 17" in diameter, stacked three-high and featured in the TV show "Man vs. Food."
