The pastry was like a soft bread in the shape of a nest and the inside was pumped with lemon and tasted like the inside of a lemon merengue pie. There was either a pineapple ring or slice of lemon. It was sweet and the pulp exploded as I chewed.
I couldn't taste the pesto (Pesto, roasted chicken, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, onions). The Greek (Spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta, kalamata olives, roasted garlic) was way more flavorful! Awesome crust!
