Spotted November 17, 2009Lots of meat (a bit tough) - but no herbs to speak of. The herbs are a necessity - the provide the freshness to balance the savoury. Not that great.

Spotted November 17, 2009Great rendition of Bun with Grilled Pork and Spring Rolls - perfect noodles and nice sauce. They use spearmint as a main herb and it works very well.

Spotted November 06, 2009My other favourite Vietnamese Sandwich place. They don't bake their own bread, but they make their own meats - excellent selection of unusual Vietnamese charcuterie here. My favourite is the rolled belly Vietnamese "bacon" - more like a porchetta, really.

Spotted November 06, 2009My favourite sandwich in the city. They make their bread fresh in-house. It could be just a matter of mere minutes between coming out of the oven and being stuffed with very fresh filling. Fast service - the lineups are often long, but move fast.
