The idea of Chorizo with the Mussels kind of threw me off at first.... BUT, damn what a surprise!!! Super tasty and very very fresh! I just wish I could find this on the beach somewhere here in Cali!
Do not miss the Thursday night sandwich extravaganza. It is not really Tuscany, a bit too many ingredients in each recipe, but the result is still fantastic. Try the Burrata Sandwich with the Fava Beans, it is my personal Favorite!

They do prepare this sandwish with dijon mustard... I personally think that Mortadella has a taste that should be enjoyed by itself. Mustard kills it!!!

Loredana makes the best fresh pasta in this side of town. Enjoy the traditional Paduan Bigoli (thick Spaghetti) with the traditional Salsa (Onion, Anchovies, Parsley).
