An expedition to find the perfect chirashi in the Bay Area. My perfect bowl would contain: salmon belly, hamachi belly, toro tuna, amaebi, anago, ikura, uni, aji, tamago, and quality sushi rice with pickled Japanese mushrooms or vegetables.
