(Hops & Barley) This large, steamed claw is pre-sliced in the middle so guests can easily pull the sweet meat from the shell and dip it in the drawn butter. (New Item)
(Caribbean Islands) Shredded, seasoned braised beef served with a side of white rice. (New Item)
(France) This savory red wine-braised chicken with juicy mushrooms is dotted with sweet pearl onions, and is one of the largest dishes at the festiva. The chicken is served over macaroni gratin. (New Item)
(Ireland) Enjoy a hearty helping of thick bites of lobster and scallops layered much like a shepherd's pie with a sometimes toasty layer of mashed potatoes. Last year's pie had a spicy kick!
(Hawai'i) A scrumptious, cool dish with lovely cubed tuna and a sweet seaweed salad. The sesame seeds add a slightly nutty touch to the dish. (New Item)
(Hawai'i) This pork slider is served with a sweet and sour Dole pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise. (New Item)
(Canada) The salmon is served warm and has a sweet, crisp outer layer. While last year's salmon dish featured a lentil salad, this year's salmon's includes a small, cold barley salad.
(Canada) This creamy, savory soup returns to the festival year after year, and is also a mainstay menu item at Le Cellier.
(Belgium) A golden, crisp outside and a fluffy cloud of yum on the inside topped with a chunky berry syrup.
(Argentina) Tender beef topped with a formidable chimichurri sauce — both savory in their own right — complimented by a mildly sweet boniato (sweet potato) pureé.
