This is one guide of many in a super-ambitious project to find the No. 1 ANYTHING (whether it be something general like burger, Italian family style meal, slice of pizza or something more specific like Chinese spare ribs). The idea is to have a definitive "Where do I find the best _____ in the _________ neighborhood. So once I find something good, that is the new champion in a neighborhood until I (or someone else) finds a better one. Get it? Gooooood.

    BAY RIDGE: Holy mother of God. Sure, this isn't the same kind of thing as Fette Sau, but if you want great barbecue with a Hawaiian twist, this is where you should go. Watch out though. They open late and close early, and not always at the same times.
