Spotted March 26, 2012Uses the traditional pancake instead of steamed clam shell bun. If you ask, the restaurant will turn the carcass into a delicious soup with silver noodles and Napa cabbage. Needs to be reserved at least a day in advance, so call ahead! -
Spotted August 11, 2011with roasted wine grapes, pickled mustard seeds, and crostini. DIVINE. the amount of crostini you get isn't quite enough for the amount of liver, but they were happy to bring us more :) -

Spotted January 09, 2010One of my favorite places for this dish. Perfectly seasoned, crispy skin, just the right amount of duck fat for flavor without being too greasy. Mmm.

Spotted November 21, 2009Their peking duck is definitely tasty, but not my favorite. Go to Fong Nian (Great China) in Berkeley or Shi Shen (Food Talk Cafe) in Fremont for this dish instead!
