Celery root pureed soup with black Trumpet Mushroom, kumquat, mint

Vegetarian!

Portuguese special! Comes with two packets of saltine crackers. Soup actually contains very little bits of sausage. Good for green-ery intake after days of poor eating! Also good for those suffering a cold...or allergies (like me).

A special that was not on the menu. An incredible combination of a nutty, savory and sweet flavor. The pureed almond garlic soup was delicately balanced with little surprises of raisins. Even little flowers were included in the soup as decorative elements! So tasty!

Nothing special. Fresh clams, but not many in there! More potatoes and celery than the good stuff.

With soy sauce broth. During lunch, it comes with a katsu don (upper right corner in the picture). Good deal!

Not like regular pho! Definitely a kind that isn't available in all Vietnamese restaurants.
