Jenn / Sashimi

Japanese style.

A variation on the hae do bap (a sashimi bi bim bap). Comes with hot sauce and kim chi.

Sashimi appetizer. Albacore sashimi with chili oil, ponzu & jalapenos. Disappointing, but an interesting experience. It is intended to eat the slice and hamachi in one bite, which was not very ergonomic.

A mix of sashimi with various tobiko. On light crispy tortillas. Drizzled with various house sauces.
